General

• By commissioning, buy a YCH or joining an auction, you're agreeing and telling me you're 18 or older and have read my TOS to this point. I don't accept payment from minors.
• Breaking any of my terms or misusing me will end up in a permanent ban.

General Rules

• Any species, any gender, no matter the placeholder sketch, unless other details are stated
• "what you see is what you get", including pose, expression and background. Sometimes I offer changes and vary pieces. Feel free to ask if anything is unclear.
• !! Messing up an auction repeatedly (e.g. posting false bids in an auction, deleting bids without any notice...) will result in a ban/block!

Important

• I need a character reference to work with (flat or minimal shading only). I make exceptions for simple designs, and other special sittuations. I'm open for it, and need to deny, or will accept, depending on your request.
• Don't commissison me if you can't imagine your character in my style. As stated within 'won't draw', I am not drawing in other styles. You're commissioning me for my artstyle.

Payment

• I work with paypal invoice
• Please pay within 24h after I send out invoices, or give me a date on which you can pay.
• 100% prepayment, start after full payment
• No refunds. Unless I haven't started yet or need to cancel if RL complications occur

Communication/ Chatting

• English. Please write to me like a normal human being, don't use uncommon vocabulary to get your point across. I don't want to work with you (this is rare, I want to include it due to expiriences)
• No pressure, but please stay in contact with me. If you know you bought from me, please check in every other day!
• I don't answer "hi", "I have a question" messages. If you contact me, or have a question say directly what you want
• No means no.

Time

• Depending on what I need to work on as well as the complexity of the artwork, I finish a piece in about a day up to 1-2 weeks, in rare occations longer. Please check my trello on my commission page before asking.

WIPS

• I send about 1-4 wips, depends on the piece and size of the project. But In any case I update & ask you how you like it. (e.g. sketch, flat color, changes). Please respond to my WIPs. I wait for your approval before I continue.
• I don't offer major changes (pose, composition) after sketch approval!

The Artwork

• Personal use only! (no profit, product printing, sales [...])
• No private commissions, meaning I'll publicy post it. You can be anon. Please mention this upfront.
• Only the commissioner and character owner has the right to use their art ,including reposting. Credit is appreciated but not needed. Any use outside of that is reportable! If its not your character, you have no right to use my artwork I have done for a client. The same applies to my characters as well. This is not free to use for random people. 'I found it on google' is not an excuse.
• No signature removal
• No AI or NFT
• Regarding character worth
